Our professional cleaners are trained to keep your home extremely clean & comfortable. We give you the option to customize your cleaning to accommodate your specific preferences; however, we want to make sure you are aware of some areas we do NOT clean.

    • No, our cleaners arrive with their own cleaning supplies. We’re proud to use all best name brand products as well as the best vacuums on the market. This allows us to ensure that we will leave your home looking spotless. If there is a certain product that you request, you will have to provide it to the cleaner and they will use it!
    All services are to be paid via credit/debit card. We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex). If at any time you need to change your credit card please let us know. All credit cards will be charged after the job is completed. You will receive a receipt via email a day after the completed service.
    Our hours are mainly used for employee & customer support. Please see hours below:
  • Monday – Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm
  • Saturday & Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm (typically do not work on weekends but will if needed)
  • Closed ALL Federal Holidays
    • Not only will hiring a Professional Cleaner save time, but it will also allow you to have a clean space more thoroughly & frequently. A clean space means a cleared mind, our Technicians clean for this purpose.
    Unfortunately, we do not allow our cleaners & customers to exchange phone numbers. All communication will be done through our office. If you ever need to reach out to us, please call, email, or text us as we would be more than happy to help!
    Yes! We are fully insured & bonded as it is extremely important to us to be.
    Our cancellation policy is as follows:
  • IF CANCELLED WITH 24 HOURS TO APPOINTMENT; $100 NON REFUNDABLE FEE: Please understand that booking an appointment takes away from another customer who could have booked, so if your appointment is cancelled same day we charge this non refundable fee.
  • IF CANCELLED BEFORE 48 HOUR WINDOW TO APPOINTMENT; YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED: Your card on file will not be ran!
